7:15pm Members and guests arrive
7:30pm President starts meeting and introduces guests
7:35pm Toastmaster explains meeting agenda
7:40pm Timekeeper, Grammarian and Ah Counter explain their roles
7:45pm Table Topics Master asks six people to answer an impromptu question in up to two minutes
8:10pm Comfort Break
8:20pm Toastmaster reconvenes meeting; First prepared speaker delivers a speech
8:30pm Second prepared speaker delivers a speech
8:40pm Third prepared speaker delivers a speech
8:50pm Table Topics and prepared speeches are evaluated
9:05pm Grammarian and Ah Counter reports
9:10pm General Evaluator gives feedback on whole meeting
9:20pm President hands out awards for Best Table Topics Speaker, Best Speaker and Best Evaluator
9:30pm Meeting close. Members convene in the bar for discussions and networking
